Hexanovate - Performance Marketing Specialist (1-3 yrs)
- We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing online advertising campaigns, with a focus on Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Responsibilities :
Campaign Strategy and Planning :
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, with a primary focus on Google Ads and Facebook Ads, to achieve business goals.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences, keywords, and optimal ad placements.
Campaign Implementation and Optimization :
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Implement A/B testing methodologies to continually improve ad performance and drive efficiencies.
- Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting parameters to ensure optimal campaign performance.
Analytics and Reporting :
- Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Identify trends and opportunities for improvement based on data analysis.
Ad Creative Development :
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with target audiences and align with brand messaging.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure ad creatives are optimized for performance.
Budget Management :
- Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation and optimization of resources.
- Monitor spending against budgets and make recommendations for adjustments as needed
