All companies today, small or big, want to leverage cutting-edge technology - Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Predictive Analytics - to make smarter business decisions. The foundation/ backbone powering these advancements - Data. Despite the technical advancements, organisations struggle to leverage their data to generate actionable and meaningful insights.

Overview of Digital Marketing Function :
- Digital Marketing at Hevo means rapid experimentation to find channels of growth and then scaling them up. Our philosophy is deeply rooted in data-driven decision-making. Every experiment is planned with an objective and goal in place. Every project is planned to scale the outcome of the underlying successful experiments.
- The experiments range from channel finalization, messaging, pricing, and feature adoption. Based on this philosophy, we are scaling digital marketing across organic (content marketing), online events, paid marketing, etc. We look at product-led growth as the key differentiator that will help us drive exponential growth.
- Keeping the product at the center and customer experience closely tied to it, we are constantly looking for new ways to let the right users not only discover our offerings but also derive value in the shortest time possible.

- Robust organic traffic generation engine with ~1.5 Mil + unique visitors - all organic

Role Overview - Head of Digital Marketing
- This role is for someone looking to create an impact using data-driven methodologies to create a sustainable growth strategy for a top-in-class technology product. Our aim will be to scale our revenues 3-4x every year. Our Digital Marketing function needs to run rigorous activities to identify and scale multiple channels for lead generation and customer conversions to enable this journey. The Head of Digital Marketing will be at the forefront of this.
- In this role, you will be expected to lead different teams and projects across Organic (SEO), Paid, and Operations. You will be required not just to drive the execution of high-priority growth projects but also to keep constantly innovating to find new ideas and solutions to crack the growth puzzle in a competitive and exciting B2B SaaS market. Hence, the individual should have both the ability to think sharply and also execute at a fast pace.
Primary KPIs for this role would be No. of Product Trials generated each month while keeping Customer Acquisition Cost under control.
