What will be your role as Sales Operations Manager at Hevo?
Sales Operations Manager plays an important role in enabling the sales function to meet objectives. You would be a key decision-maker in selecting the best in the class sales technology stack that's right for our business. As a Sales Operation manager, you would collaborate with Sales Leadership to build insights, strategy, solutions that directly impact Hevo's expansion and growth.
1. Partner with Sales Leadership, Sales and Marketing function on Annual Operating Plan, Sales Territory planning and execute Sales Target administration and quota setting across sales teams.
2. Provide business insights to Sales Management for better understanding and decision making.
3. Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes
4. Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management.
5. Maintain regular check-ins with Sales Managers/Enterprise Sales Representatives and others who contribute to opportunity development to determine how sales opportunities are tracking against the plan and identify any problems for internal review and problem solving
6. Assist with onboarding and training new sales talent on tools and reporting.
What are we looking for?
1. 3-8 years of experience in global sales operations from the IT industry as a subject matter expert with proficiency in creating reports, optimizing processes, training new hires, and managing dashboards
2. Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact.
3. Advanced Excel and SQL skills with a strong understanding of CRM applications
