WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

- Develop deep expertise of Hevo's product offering and be a trusted advisor to existing customers

- Engage, advise & address customer's use cases by mapping their business goals and Hevo's product feature

- Collaborate with stakeholders (internal and external) during different stages of customer's life cycle e.g. product subscription, initial adoption, etc

- Identify new business opportunities in the existing account(s)

- Drive new feature adaptation by engaging existing customers via different channels

- Manage and own account retention, renewals & churn

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

- 1 to 2 years of experience in revenue-generation and direct customer-facing roles e.g. sales, business development, customer management, SAAS sales/IT Products, etc

- Effective communicator with the ability to have meaningful conversations and thought articulation

- Prior experience in cross-functional collaboration role involving multiple stakeholders from a diverse background

- Excellent customer service orientation & engagement

- Eager to learn and drive for results and accomplishments
