Hero Lectro - Area Sales Manager (5-8 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- The individual would be end to end accountable for their defined region/territory
- Responsible for executing the sales strategy for trade channel across the defined region/territory
- Drive achievement of revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual level for the region/territory
- Drive collection of funds from dealers so as to have minimal amount in Overdue collections
- Drive achievement of credit and stock management targets
- Drive strategies to ensure volume and value growth for the region / territory
- Evaluating and converting new channel partner opportunities and driving adherence to stock management targets.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure that the required volume as per the ordered quantity is met on monthly basis
Skills and Qualifications :
- 5-7 years of relevant sales experience. Experience with consumer durables is preferred
- Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
