Designation : Customer Care

Location - Mumbai, MH

To provide administrative sales support to Sales team on before sales activities i.e. Tender RFQ preparations and submissions, Quotations, Product Assortment and approval, Specifications for the two segments and obtain Pricing approval.

Your roles and responsibilities :

1. Before Sales support for both segments of Hempel ( PC and Marine)

2. To attend to customer enquiries in a proactive, professional and efficient manner to ensure customer care excellence.

3. To attend customer face to face meetings with sales team when required

4. To prepare quotation for Sales tender (RFQ) in IQS/MQS and related tender submissions activities.

5. Assist Sales team to review client's tender specifications, drawings, offer prompt, accurate and competitive quotations.

6. To enhance customer care experience through proactive and professional response for the above activities.

Who you are :

1. Bachelor Degree - Mandatory

2. Post Graduation in any field - Preferred

3. Atleast 3 to 5 years of experience - in customer service function.

4. Experience in working with B2B organization - preferred

5. Strong and effective communication skills

6. Good knowledge of systems and tools (including Excel, powerpoint etc)

7. Customer Centricity mindset
