Hem Securities - Senior Manager - Business Development (5-15 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Build new connects & maintains existing connects with HNIs, and regular client of Equity Capital Markets
- Broking Account Acquisition through Branches & desks
- Assuring branch profitability by supporting Managers in Business Development Activities.
- Visiting Branches & Regional office whenever require.
- Making & implementing strategy for improvement of business
- Regular meetings with Top clients of branches (Whenever visiting branches if require)
- Driving contest for motivating employees.
- Manage Client Relationship Management, Customer acquisition and servicing, prepare business proposals for investors, and organize webinar and seminars to educate investors with a view to promote investments products offered by Hem Securities Ltd
Qualifications and Requirements :
- Candidate should be MBA/M.com
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good Knowledge of MS Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Should be able to prepare and give presentations
- Minimum post qualification experience of 5 - 15 years in deal origination/business development/client acquisition/client dealing/sales function of any sector (prior experience with financial service sector such as Capital Markets, Mutual Funds, Financial Institutions will be given preference
