About Us:

Helloworld is a pioneering company in the co-living space, providing affordable and well-furnished living spaces for professionals and students across major cities. We are expanding our footprint and looking for a dynamic and driven Business Manager to grow our co-living business in Chennai.

Role Overview:

The Business Manager will be responsible for starting and scaling our co-living business in the assigned city. This includes overseeing operations, marketing, sales, and team management to ensure the successful launch and sustainable growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and secure properties suitable for co-living arrangements.

- Build and maintain relationships with property owners and other stakeholders.

- Negotiate lease agreements and ensure compliance with local regulations.

- Oversee the operations of co-living spaces.

- Ensure smooth daily operations, including maintenance, security, and customer service.

- Implement efficient processes and systems for property management.

- Develop and execute local marketing strategies to attract residents.

- Help organize events and activities to foster community engagement among residents.

- Hire, train, and manage a local team to support various functions such as sales, operations, and customer service.

- Monitor performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.

- Provide regular reports to senior management on business performance.

Requirements :

- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in business development, operations, or a related field. Experience in real estate, hospitality, or co-living is a plus.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality, or a related field.

Skills:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations.
