Hello Verify - Manager - Retail Marketing (7-12 yrs)
Role and responsibility:
- Manages all areas related to product management, brand management, media and market research
- To work with Retail Sales, Marketing Department and Business development, to fulfil the market requirements.
- Study the market trends in terms of retail audit and consumer off take data to identify brand need gap fit
- Successfully handle existing portfolio and launching new products
- Device and implement marketing strategies for the brand, identify research needs, provide necessary brief to MR and implement actions based on findings
- Prepare briefs and coordinate with ad agency for development of ad campaigns, packaging designs etc.
- Brief and coordinate with media buying agency for development of media campaigns
- Responsible for doing AVs for the company, when required.
- Develop consumer promotions and monitor their ROI
- Design, implement and monitor various BTL activities and activation for the brand.
Experience & qualification
- MBA from a reputed institute
- 7-12 years- experience in sales and marketing
- Hands on experience of handling a brand with all related brand building activities like - end to end management of Brand P- S, worked with creative, media and research agency for developing campaigns, media plans and research
- Experience of handling P&L for the brand would be an added advantage
