Job Description

1. Training junior tele sales staff.

2. Managing the tele sales team and assisting junior staff.

3. Monitoring the performance of the Presales team.

4. Setting weekly and monthly Presales targets.

5. Maintaining customer relationships.

6. Handling escalated customer complaints.

7. Compiling and presenting sales reports.

Qualifications :

1. Previous experience working as a tele sales Team Lead.

2. Strong managerial skills

3. Experience: 4 +years

4. Bachelor's degree or Post Graduation

5. Effective Communication, Interpersonal skills and Presentation Skills.

6. English and Kannada are Mandatory (Malayalam/Telugu/Tamil) will be an added advantage.

1. CTC Range 500,000-700,000 per Annum
