Hello Mentor - Executive - Client Relationship (0-2 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries regarding entrance exams and colleges via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
- Guide students and parents with career and college entrance information, ensuring smooth coordination.
- Assist clients in developing structured action plans for entrance exams and counseling processes.
- Maintain and organize client reports and statistical summaries.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or Post Graduation
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Experience: 0 - 2 years
- Languages: English/Tamil
