Hello Mentor - Academic Counselor (0-2 yrs)
Role Description:
- Provide personalized counseling sessions to understand educational aspirations, challenges, and needs.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth and meet revenue goals.
- Regularly track progress, analyze performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement to ensure revenue goals are met or exceeded.
- Working together with cross-functional teams, such as those for product development and marketing, to enhance the general sales process and customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Post Graduation
- Excellent Communication skills, Interpersonal skills and Presentation Skills
- Languages: English & Kannada Mandatory
- 0-2 Years Experience.
