A prestigious, high impact project with Hello English and Govt. of Rajasthan. Project UPER (Upskill Proficiency in English for Rajasthan) was launched in 2017 by CM Vasundhara Raje. Hello English was exclusively chosen as the platform to enable thousands of college students to improve their English and get closer to employability.

This year, the next phase of UPER aims to reach a much bigger scale - aiming to onboard lakhs of students.

We are looking for bright interns to lead this prestigious project - working directly with Hello English, the largest educational platform of the nation and senior policy makers and bureaucrats at the government. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who has a passion for education and a knack for technology. Work for one of its kind tech intervention that can transform the lives of thousands of government school students

Duration: 3-5 months

Responsibilities:

- Work with Hello English team and policy makers at the govt. on project design and implementation plan

- End to end ownership of the the implementation

- Drive student acquisition and activation across Rajasthan

- Lead promotions, awareness drives

- Drive programs like student ambassador programs, peer learning groups

- Conduct sessions with college students and explain them the benefits of the app

- Drive engagement through the course of the roll out
 
- Deep dive into data analytics and draw insights

- Present insights and reports to the State Govt. Education Dept. and corporate partners

- Work with corporate partners, sponsors, and media

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

- Organized

- Strong communication skills
