About the Role:

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who is skilled in managing and optimizing multiple marketing channels to drive growth, leads, and engagement. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with social media management, paid campaigns, SEO, lead funnels, email marketing, and WhatsApp automation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, search engines, and display networks.

- Manage lead funnels, ensuring smooth conversions through nurturing and retargeting strategies.

- Oversee social media strategies to improve brand presence and engagement.

- Execute and manage email marketing campaigns, creating effective workflows to engage and convert leads.

- Implement and automate WhatsApp marketing workflows to enhance customer communication.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to track and optimize SEO performance.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations to improve ROI.

- Coordinate with affiliate marketing partners, if applicable, to drive growth and optimize efforts.

- Use tools like Canva for basic creative tasks and asset creation.

- Maintain effective communication with clients, ensuring smooth management and project delivery.

Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing roles.

- Proven expertise in managing paid social media campaigns, SEO, and email marketing.

- Experience with WhatsApp automation and lead funnel management.

- Knowledge of affiliate marketing is a plus.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Basic proficiency in Canva for creative asset design.

- Prior experience in client-facing roles or front-end management is highly desirable.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, with a strategic mindset.

- Fluent in English.

Bonus:

- Background in a marketing agency is a huge plus.
