Helios Advisory - Senior Analyst/Specialist - Online Reputation Management (4-5 yrs)
- Reply to the reviews, queries, or complaints from the customer, remove the negative reviews and comments from web
- Make sure that favorable reviews stand above unfavorable ones
- Build plan for complete removal of unwanted content from search engines
- Constantly measure the effectiveness of your strategies by monitoring brand mentions across the web, track and publish the sentiment analysis report mentioning the progress in positive sentiment and decline in negative sentiment
- Safeguard the brand's reputation on the internet by controlling online information, both good and bad
- Suppress negative search results using Search engine management eg through content creation, optimization, and promoting the positive work of the brand
- Create and maintain a favorable brand image of the company and its products.
- Handle negative publicity on the review websites like Glassdoor, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, YouTube, Blogs, Google Play, iTunes etc, Pissedconsumer.com, Mouthshut.com etc
- Ensure that all the replies and communication is RERA compliant. Get the necessary approvals as and when required
- Neutralize any bad review or comments across the web
- Implementing good practices for reputation management
- Regularly monitor forums, tweets, images, write effective blog posts, and publish positive reviews
- Be well prepared for taking immediate action when the company's reputation has been tarnished.
- Regularly Research online to find out all the negative keywords associated with a brand or individual and publish positive content that can then neutralize the effect of the former.
- Handle difficult situations such as internet blackmail and ethical manipulation of search engine results or reviews
- Excellent understanding of ORM tools, concepts & best practices
