We seek a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategies that boost online traffic, generate leads, and enhance brand awareness. The ideal candidate has expertise in SEO/SEM, social media, content creation, and paid ads, with a data-driven approach to optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility, attract target audiences, and drive website traffic.
2. Manage SEO and SEM efforts, optimizing website and landing pages to improve rankings and boost organic search traffic.
3. Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
4. Create and manage content for the website, blog, and social media to engage users and build a loyal following.
5. Monitor campaign performance using web analytics, providing data-driven insights.
6. Stay updated on digital marketing trends, collaborate with internal teams, manage vendor relationships, and oversee the digital marketing budget to maximize ROI.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, with 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing.
2. Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising across platforms.
3. Proficient in web analytics tools like Google Analytics for tracking performance and making data-driven decisions.
4. Strong communication, collaboration, and creative problem-solving skills. Results-oriented, with a passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and achieving measurable business outcomes.
5. Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
