Helios Advisory - Manager - Digital Ads (7-8 yrs)
Key Functional Areas of Responsibility:
- Deep Expertise Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing, Dynamic etc) planning and execution
- Expertise in Facebook Ads planning and execution
- Good understanding of web analytics & must have worked on monthly targets.
- Continuously identify and implement strategies to lower Cost per lead
- Continuously identify new targeting segments with buying high intent helping in sales conversion
- Setting, managing and optimizing campaigns performance on daily basis for Google Ad, Facebook, LinkedIn, native ads and other platforms.
- Keyword research, budget allocation, landing page Creation, CPC management, review metrics on google analytics
- Gather insights from multiple data sources (e.g. CRM, Operations team etc.) and make informed decisions to improve performance of search campaigns.
- Provide Creative copy & graphical suggestions based on PPC concepts, latest trends & techniques, to achieve the targets.
- Monitor & Keep track of campaign performance through analysis of data & input from Operation team and optimize & make campaigns ROI - driven
- Co-ordinate & Work Closely with other team members e.g. Graphics, ops, MIS & Development team etc. to meet your goals / achieve targets.
- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.
- Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments.
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with business goals.
- Generate daily, weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives
- Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools.

Experience & Qualification:
- 7-8 years- Experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Facebook Ad Marketing
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Google Ad certification a plus.
- Bachelors/Master's degree preferred
