Helian Technologies - Associate - Business Development (0-2 yrs)
- The Business Development Associate plays a key role in driving the growth of the company by identifying and creating new business opportunities. The individual will be responsible for researching potential clients, building relationships, and contributing to the development and execution of the business development strategy.
Key Responsibilities :
Market Research :
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business expansion.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business development strategies.
Lead Generation :
- Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and cold calling.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute lead generation campaigns.
Client Relationship Building :
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service.
Sales Support :
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals, presentations, and sales collateral.
- Assist in the negotiation and closing of deals to meet revenue targets.
Business Strategy :
- Contribute to the development of business development strategies and plans.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving the effectiveness of business development efforts.
Reporting and Analysis :
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, progress, and results.
- Analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other business development tools.
