Hedge Homes - Assistant Sales Manager (0-5 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make Outbound Calls to genuine Prospects ~ 5-7/Day.
- Understanding the requirements of the Prospects and suggesting a suitable project.
- Explaining the services of HedgeHomes to the clients.
- Assisting the Clients in site visits to various properties briefing them about the pros and cons of each project.
- Making Thorough Comparative Analysis for all the projects visited/shortlisted by the client.
- Maintaining regular follow up with the Clients and updating it on CRM.
- Proper handing over of the client to post sales team.
- Supporting business development through active lead nurturing and developing prospect relationships
Skills Required:
- A sales enthusiast with excellent Communication skills (both Hindi & English).
- Adept at handling multiple clients simultaneously
- Resilience and persistence
- Good Tonality and Quality (Should be warm & welcoming)
- Ability to work with large volume of Data
- Previous experience in a sales or business development environment in non Real estate firm is preferred
- Confident speaking on the telephone
- A high degree of self-motivation
- Bachelors or Equivalent degree with preferred location of Delhi - Noida - Ghaziabad
Other Requirement:
- Having an own Vehicle is desirable as the job requires daily commute.
