Job Description
Key Responsibility Area
- Lead generation through different sources and converting them in deals.
- Good at closing deals, negotiation, client handling, convincing skills.
- Recruit, train and manage Sales Team to drive business.
- Leading Nationwide sales team member to achieve sales target.
- Responsible for sales with focus on achieving predefined sales target and growth.
- Plan business strategy/ Execution Plan and sales forecasting.
- Responsible for planning monthly & quarterly sales targets and executing them in a given time frame.
Personal Attributes:
- Strong communication skill and team management skill
- Having in-depth knowledge of Real Estate Market.
- Having sound network of brokers, investors and prospective corporate clients.
- Problem solving attitude.
- Strong negotiation skill.
- High levels of passion and ownership.
Educational Qualification
- MBA/PGDM, PG, Graduation
Experience 8-10 years
Salary Rs. 60,000 to Rs.1,00,000 per month
