Heart It Out - First Responder/Customer Service Role (0-1 yrs)
- Be the first point of contact for people reaching out to Heart It Out for support across multiple platforms.
- Support the team at Heart It Out to improve and maintain timely communications.
- Track all communications on phone, whats-app and google my business.
- Follow up with clients for payments, tracking offline appointments and updating invoices.
- Checking and follow ups for cart abandonments.
- Handle refund, session rescheduling, session booking, sharing links.
- Answer queries related to session, therapists available, their profile and support with booking.
- Delegate work to respective departments based on outbound communications
