Business Head - Critical Care
- You will be responsible for the P&L of Critical Care Division and develop the Critical Care division. Guiding the team in Market Development, Revenue Generation of the business unit. This extends from increasing the profitability of existing products to developing new products for the company.
- You will help to develop new ideas based on your industry experience and your contact with customers and prospects.
- You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You will work with sales team to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer.

- Develop and implement strategic market plan for critical care products as assigned.
- Product positioning
- Pricing Strategies
- Market research and analysis
- Product forecasting
- Competitive analysis
- Lead a team and drive the Critical Care division in achieving the desired revenues
- Excellent understanding on the ventilator and other equipment in critical care division
- Good understanding on the Critical Care market
- Attended at least 4 major Critical Care congresses in India.
- Responsible for providing the sales team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the product.
- This involves printed and electronic promotional material, product training, and relevant clinical papers.
