Mission Of The Role
Liaison with public and private school stakeholders pan India to provide training and orientation for deployment of the HealthSetGo Health Education Program at the school. Creating awareness and impact on-ground in various locations across the country and monitoring and evaluating behaviour change in health outcomes as a result of the program deployment. The role would be office based and would largely involve training through telephonic/ web medium wherein the performance of the program would be the deliverable expected of the role.
Roles and Responsibilities
- On-boarding new schools onto the HealthSetGo platform
- Coordination for administrative documents with the school
- Telephonic/ web trainings for school coordinators and teachers
- Orientation of the program to the highest stakeholders in the school such as principals and directors
- Liaising with schools to drive and motivate school stakeholders to deploy the health education activities within schools
- Monitor and Evaluate activities on a monthly basis
- Suggest reward and recognition opportunities for the community of schools managed by you
- Ensure monthly engagement with each stakeholder
- Manage relationships with all the key stakeholders
- Create daily, weekly and monthly report on the performance of the program in the school you are assigned
- Escalate related risks and concerns when necessary
Mandatory Requirements :
- Graduate or Postgraduate
- Excellent communication in English
- Knowledge of other regional languages is a bonus
- Previous experience in the social sector/ rural work/ development sector is a bonus
- Showcased similar work and results in a prior role is a bonus
