Working Days : Monday to Saturday (10 am to 7 pm)

Responsibilities :
- Reach out to prospects via phone and email to introduce our products.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls with a friendly demeanor.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine calling scripts.
Requirements :
- MBA in any field.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Prior experience in tele calling, sales, or customer service.
- Resilience and motivation, with the ability to handle rejection.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
