HealthPlix Technologies - Head - Sales Operations (7-9 yrs)
Role: Sales Operations Head
Activities:
1. Create and deploy strategy, plan, coordinate, direct and manage the business development function, in addition to overseeing market analysis, monitoring competition and addressing customer needs.
2. The incumbent will need to set up teams, Ensure continuous training of the teams on Product Knowledge and driving sales
3. Accountable for developing and driving new strategies to deepen/penetrate growth in existing markets and new markets
4. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and increase sales forecast accuracy.
5. Drive a sales performance culture and jointly work with HR to identify,develop, manage sales performance and effectiveness.-
6. Set Regional Targets and Hold Team Leads accountable to the targets.
7. Must have experience handling Large Sales Operations teams in sectors such as Insurance, FMCG etc
8. Willing to travel to multiple locations.
9. Must be a Go-Getter.
Location: Bangalore
Experience - Minimum of 7 years of experience in exceeding sales targets by managing a geographically distributed sales team of at least 100 members.
