What does an Inside Sales Manager do?
An inside sales Manager will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious Doctor acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day working with qualifying prospects and closing sales.
Responsibilities:
- Strong phone presence, experience & enthusiasm for dialing a high number of calls everyday.
- Understand needs and requirements; build a strong relationship with Doctors.
- Rigorous & Structured follow-ups with Doctors to ensure deal closure.
- Perform effective online demos to Doctors.
- Provide in-depth platform training to the doctors and clinic staff and be the go-to person for them during the trial period.
- Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on driving a sales process entirely online
- Strong people skills with high customer centricity
- Good technical understanding of the product
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Excellent Time Management Skills
- Bachelor's degree or similar
- Should be fluent in both English as well as Hindi.
- We are ok with awaiting results and as well as candidates who are completing their exams in 20 -25days,
