HealthPlix - Copywriter (2-4 yrs)

We are looking for an experienced copywriter with excellent writing skills to join our team as a full-time, in-house copywriter. As a member of the communications team, you will write clear and concise copy for a variety of projects (including ads, website, blog and social media), working closely with the products and design teams to brainstorm ideas, create concepts, and develop messaging - Yes, everything exciting! You will be required to understand our industry, products/services, branding, and marketing goals. Your words will inform and engage target audiences. Our ideal candidate is a team-spirited, skilled writer with an eye for detail.

Responsibilities for Copywriter :
- Write copy for a variety of projects including product, marketing campaigns, web, social, and blogs
- Have a flair for social media and writing storytelling style video scripts
- Edit and proof work to ensure high editorial standards are met across all content outputs
- Collaborate with creative, product, and marketing to assess project needs and help with messaging
- Implement brand guidelines in content
- See projects through the whole creative lifestyle, from inception to deployment
- Conducting thorough research
- Write clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice
- Write original copy and edit content for a range of corporate marketing and communications materials
- Interpret creative direction and adapt points from creative briefs into persuasive copy concepts
- Simultaneously manage multiple projects with short deadlines
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, CRM and other professionals on large- and small-scale marketing projects (e.g. email campaigns and landing pages)
- Use SEO principles to maximize copy's reach
- Source images and other content
- Continually raise the bar on creativity, writing fresh copy that connects with the desired audience and drives action
- Revise copy based on internal and client feedback/direction
Qualifications for Copywriter :
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or Communications
- 2-4 years experience in copywriting
- Proven track record of generating high-performing copies for campaigns
- Experience with SEO and performance marketing
- Knowledge of how to optimize copies for best performance
- Strong creative thinking skills and ability to think conceptually
- Strong research skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a diligent eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar
- Proven ability to demonstrate brand voice
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite, etc.
- Strong attention to detail
- Collaborative spirit
- Excellent time-management, organizational skills and multitasking ability
Preferred Qualifications :
- Content marketing experience a plus
- Worked with healthcare companies in previous roles and has a knowledge of doctor/patient target audience
- Proofreading experience and familiarity with standard style guides a plus
- Experience working with content management systems, WordPress, etc.
- A keen eye for detail and appreciation of great design
- Learning attitude
