HealthPlix - Content Lead (5-10 yrs)
We're looking for an experienced content lead with good team management, project management and excellent writing skills to join our team as a full-time, in-house content lead. As a member of the growth marketing and communications team, you will lead content strategy and execution for a variety of projects (including ads, website, blog and social media), working closely with the products and design teams to brainstorm ideas, create concepts, and develop messaging - Yes, everything exciting!
You will be required to understand our industry, products/services, branding, and marketing goals. Your words will inform and engage target audiences. Our ideal candidate is a high ownership individual, team-spirited and a skilled writer with an eye for detail. If you can grasp project requirements quickly and offer valuable insight, we'd like to meet you.
Responsibilities :
Lead a team of 2-4 people including design, other copywriters.
Project Management :
- See projects through the whole creative lifestyle, from inception to deployment.
- Collaborate with creative, product and marketing to assess project needs and help with end to end content requirements.
- Edit and proof work to ensure high editorial standards are met across all content outputs.
- Implement brand guidelines in content.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, CRM and other professionals on large- and small-scale marketing projects (e. g. email campaigns and landing pages).
Copywriting :
- Write copy for a variety of projects including product, marketing campaigns, web, social, and blogs.
- Conducting thorough research.
- Write clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice.
- Write original copy and edit content for a range of corporate marketing and communications materials.
- Interpret creative direction and adapt points from creative briefs into persuasive copy concepts.
- Continually raise the bar on creativity, writing fresh copy that connects with the desired audience and drives action.
- Revise copy based on internal and client feedback/direction.
Requirements :
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or Communications.
- 2 yrs plus in Project Management.
- Up to 5 years experience in copywriting.
- Proven track record of generating high-performing copies for campaigns.
- Knowledge of how to optimize copies for best performance.
- Strong creative thinking skills and ability to think conceptually.
- Strong research skills.
- Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a diligent eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar.
- Proven ability to demonstrate brand voice.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent time-management, organizational skills and multitasking ability.
- Content marketing experience a plus.
