HealthPlix - Associate - Performance Marketing (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute and monitor initiatives aimed at acquiring new customers across multiple channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives
- Track and monitor the movement of leads across different stages of the lead journey and ensure lead quality across channels
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve conversion rates at different stages of the lead journey
- Leverage appropriate analytical tools to track, analyze and report the key performance indicators of initiatives
- Make data driven recommendations to improve and iterate on the growth initiatives
- Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and relevant content that aligns with the objective of initiatives and be in alignment with brand guidelines
- Explore new channels and opportunities for customer acquisition
- Communicate the success and failure of the initiatives to the business leadership and align the initiatives with business objectives
Requirements :
- Proven experience in executing growth marketing initiatives across channels like CRM, Referral, SEO and Performance marketing
- Strong analytical skills encompassing fetching, analyzing and reporting data
- Experience with digital marketing tools and related analytical tools
- Excellent program management skills
- Strong work ethic
