About the role: Assistant Sales Manager
- This role is crucial to HealthPlix's growth plans. You will be responsible to prepare & implement Business strategic blueprint for the assigned region. One Should have strategic experience and manage multiple territories.
You will be responsible to achieve sales targets, increase market share, and ensure alignment of organizational objectives and engage and motivate Sales Executive and Area Managers on their performance against goals. You will need to build a strong team via hands-on mentoring and coaching the team to ensure that everyone is performing as per objectives. The role would also involve On job Product & Process training for sales executives.
Job responsibilities :
- Lead the and scale up the sales team to meet the larger market opportunity
- Prepare accurate monthly/quarterly/annual sales plan and meet the planned AOPs
- Ensure timely reporting from Sales executives & Area Managers, pertaining to key parameters like Sales, Market Share data, and Product Feedback and Marketing initiatives
- To develop strategies around regional objectives and drive implementation in the region.
- Driving the team on delivering value and best experience to customers, increase user base and expand market share
- Identify, establish and maintain good working relationship with key customers
- Manage Team Administration and expense planning, execution and drive customer engagement initiatives
- Engage with multiple stakeholders internally across product, marketing and tech teams
Role requirements :
- Education: BE/ Any Science Graduate/PG degree in Business Management is preferred
- Minimum 8+ Experience in Sales with 3+ years in managerial role
- Prior experience in healthcare/healthtech is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Good verbal communicator and presenter
- Professional presentation and "Presence"
- Can work autonomously but is also a team player
- Self motivated and positive
- Outgoing and friendly: Enthusiastic, energetic
- Can do- attitude
- Ability to quickly establish credibility with all levels of customer base
- Good time manager: Well organized, able to set and reset priorities
- Willingness to learn, especially technical information on the product
- Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software.
- Willing to travel extensively
