Job Role :
- Appointing and managing Distributors, Dealers in assigned area
- Responsible for sales orders and collections
- Conducting demonstration for new/ existing products at farmers on fields
- Organizing field days & Farmer meetings along with government officials
- Generating Demo reports
- Developing relationship with company and Channel partners
