1. Achieve sales targets of healthkart re seller with help of telesales and field sales executive.
2. Responsible to manage absenteeism and attrition of telesales and field sales executive.
3. Good Verbal communication skills in English.
4. Minimum Graduate in any stream or MBA with Sales is a Plus.
5. Proficient with Excel and Power Point Soft Skills.
6. Very strong Operational skills for managing a team of 100+.
7. Willingness to learn & contribute, Positive Attitude, Effective team management skill.
