Healthismplus - Institutional Sales Role (6-15 yrs)
- Promote our offerings persuasively, persistently and confidently to decision makers at the Manager, Director or C-level across Govt./ PSU's / Large Institutions while reaching optimal profit levels.
- Initiates and follows up on new business opportunities and responsible for developing, building and maintaining existing/new relationships for improving our brand.
- Leverages the organization's relationship with existing institutional accounts by developing and executing proactive, creative, and ongoing contact initiatives - tie ups for periodic health checkup camps, other initiatives thereby promoting the Company's services.
- Review monthly sales plans for Institutional Sales and accordingly set targets and develop execution plans for team to achieve
- Develops and maintains relationships with sub-advisors and consultants in the industry.
- Works closely with team members to further develop sales opportunities.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints
