Job Description :
HealthifyMe is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Development Specialist to join its Sales team. You will play a key role in driving new business for the Sales teams by qualifying inbound leads and helping drive various outbound campaigns. This is a great opportunity for a Sales Professional to work at a forward-thinking company and advance their career.
You will report to the Sales Development Lead; however, feedback and coordination of resource with the sales and direct marketing teams are vital to success in this area. The specialist will also provide support to the inside sales and account management teams as needed.
Responsibilities :
- Cold calling prospects regarding our Corporate Wellness Solutions.
- Qualify and develop inbound and outbound sales leads and respond to inquiries
- Run email campaigns to generate new sales prospects
- Drive attendance for marketing campaigns and events
- Complete accurate tracking of communication with current and potential customers in SalesForce.com
- Work with upper-level managers and directors to design region specific outbound efforts
- Schedule demonstrations between Sales Representatives and potential customers
Basic Qualification :
- Upto 2 years of experience in Lead Generation or Inside Sales at a SAAS company.
- Bachelor's Degree Required.
Preferred Qualification :
- Fluent in English
- Experience working with SalesForce.com or other CRM is preferable
- Phone and interpersonal communication skills as well as organizational skills
- Experience working and succeeding in a goal driven environment
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PPT)
