HealthifyMe - Partnership/Sales Professional (6-12 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Strong experience of having built channels for subscription growth across P2P/ affiliates, devices, retail, telco, etc
2. Strong project management skills to deliver from concept to execution in short sprints
3. Experience in leading commercials and business structures for launching partner programs
4. Has managed business planning and operational reviews for partner scale-ups
5. Experience in managing the partnership value stream from content operations, marketing, billing, reconciliation, and settlement
6. Has led annual/quarterly/ monthly planning process to develop plans that deliver against the target P&L, and maximize net subscriber growth, working closely with finance, strategy, and marketing teams
7. Experience in working with partners to deliver subscriber acquisition targets through integrated campaign planning, optimized customer journeys, and effective execution of promotional (redemption-based) campaigns
8. Experience in working closely with partners to maximize in-life subscriber engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
