Healthians - Manager - Content & Public Relations (5-7 yrs)

Qualifications & Background:
Experience in Content Creation & PR Healthcare industry will be preferred.
The candidate should have prior experience with the end-to-end content development process, including working with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Development, Social, PR) to develop best-in-class marketing content.
Roles & Responsibility: Includes but not limited to-
- Plan, drive and execute a content strategy that is aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets.
- Develop an editorial calendar and ensure adherence to it.
- Deliver engaging content on a regular basis across several channels (newsletters, articles & blogs, email campaigns, product collaterals, PRs, videos, social media marketing, branding events, corporate collaterals etc.)
- Understand a buyer's journey and create website & App content, promotional and transactional mailers/SMS, push notifications, IVR script.
- Managing a team of freelance and in-house content-writers.
- Coordinating with PR agency.
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to come up with final copies of content.
- Understanding of analytics, SEO (keyword usage) and social media handles is a plus.
- Ensure consistent internal and external communication of the brand, messaging and tone across the buyer's journey.
- Demonstrate consistency and clarity in showcasing Healthians brand voice across every touch point.
- Conduct rigorous quality checks on every piece of outbound content.
- Periodic reporting: highlighting the happenings, progress, comparisons and measurement numbers.
- Collaborate with the marketing, creative, product and sales teams to get inputs.
