What you will do :

- You will be involved in Inside sales and connect with leads for Franchise to verify their eligibility as per the company's criteria.

- You will be connecting with Account Managers to process the eligible leads.

- Checking key points as per the business requirement to process the leads.

- Ensuring conversion of potential leads and processing them efficiently by following the defined criteria.

- Negotiating partnership deals with the clients for efficient conversion

What we are looking for :

- You have a diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

- You should have prior experience in a similar role and a strong working record in Diagnostic Industry.

- You are highly goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on, problem solver.

- You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills and comfortable with working in rotational shifts.

- You demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively with the clients and stakeholders.
