About the role:
- Ability to jointly plan and design, and independently measure and report marketing campaigns that are in line with the practice priorities
- Strong understanding of marketing roles in a professional services firm - marketing communications, campaigns, operations, and reporting
- Ability to build a complete communication plan for our clients end to end
- Expertise in MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint and ability to integrate various technologies to support marketing efforts
- Ability to scope, analyze, and present data in intuitive graphical formats and interesting frameworks
- Ability to make connections in highly matrixed environment, with eye on integration and collaboration
- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
- Think differently, influence, and drive conversations with leaders and marketers
Key Job Responsibilities Include
- Work with the co-founders to understand business and marketing priorities, and assist in designing marketing plans and campaigns that will deliver business value
- Participate in strategic planning, assessment, and reporting. Support collection and analysis of measurement metrics and ROI reporting
- Manage and oversee the email campaign program including: execute email distribution strategy, campaign scheduling, and Areas of Interest (AOI) support
- Keep abreast with the changes in the business environment to understand market drivers and issues, competitive environment, target clients, to influence marketing plans
- Develop stronger client relationships and play a vital role in driving successful marketing programs by owning sections of larger campaigns
- Develop, implement and own metrics and KPIs to measure success
