HealthFlex - Associate - Sales (1-2 yrs)
Job Description :
- As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in on-boarding clinics, hospitals, and corporate partners for our innovative home physiotherapy solutions within the B2B2C model. Reporting to the Sales Lead, your primary responsibility is to identify, engage, and convert medical institutions and corporate partners who share our vision for healthcare transformation. You will also play a key role in maintaining and nurturing relationships with these partners.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Business Development :
- Identify clinics, hospitals, and corporate partners as potential collaborators with HealthFlex.
- Create and maintain a robust pipeline of potential partners.
- Develop strategies to engage and convert medical institutions and corporate partners.
- Collaborate with the Sales Lead to present HealthFlex as a valuable solution for enhancing the well-being of their clients or employees.
Relationship Building :
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clinics, hospitals, and corporate partners.
- Provide ongoing support to partners, ensuring their success with our solutions.
- Serve as a point of contact for partner inquiries and needs.
- Collaborate with the Sales Lead to ensure partner success and satisfaction.
- Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making and strategy
Customer Engagement :
- Convert customers into HealthFlex plan, either physically (treating physician's clinic/center) or digitally (through calls)
- Engage with customers to intervene and improve compliance and adherence
- Work with customers and the treating physician to evolve the exercise protocols fortnightly and improve customer retention and satisfaction
Qualifications and Preferred Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a medical or healthcare-related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Adept at working independently and collaboratively with a team.
