HealthCare atHOME - Deputy Manager/Manager - Business Development (6-9 yrs)
Position Responsibility summary :
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT :
- Identify and collate database for potential disease/therapeutic segments and operating pharmaceutical companies in those areas.
- Build networking with identified and prospective Pharmaceutical professionals to explore the business opportunity for PULSE module.
- Conduct gap analysis of pharmaceutical business's end customer reach.
- Design workable module based on analysis to bridge gap in patient reach out.
- Effectively showcase and present business module to target customer and gain principle acceptance.
- Prepare proposal and work out commercials and decisively negotiate with prospective customer.
- Design and implement Customer Satisfaction Index policy and process in conjunction with Operations Manager.
- Strengthen and expand operational reach of program by identifying service providers and striking commercially viable business alliance with them to support service commitments under programs/modules.
MEDICO MARKETING :
- Study medical and therapeutical aspects of different disease segments and prepare inspiring data for target customer's business prospective.
- Conduct required research on existing data on various diseases/segments to build a saleable module.
- Keep abreast of updates in therapeutic areas of chronic and acute ailments.
Profile's Basic requirement:
- Any Graduate with a Zeal for Sales & BD (Not Marketing)
- Exposure to selling to Pharma companies is a must to have experience
- Exposure to working with pharma marketing organizations is a must to have experience.
- Alternatively, candidate working with similar job responsibility in non-pharma domain may as well be considered.
- Must have EXCELLENT oral and written communication skills along with EXCELLENT articulation skills
- Must have a flair for Sales and BD domain with exceptional aggression
