HealthCare At Home - Manager/AM - Corporate Health & Wellness (3-9 yrs)
Reporting to: Head-Institutional Business
Summary of Role:
- To deliver assigned target-sales & revenue- for health check-ups and corporate wellness in the assigned territory
- Responsible for pre & post sales work required to serve the customers.
- Network actively to gather market intelligence and devise appropriate action plan to accelerate the business growth.
Key Responsibility:
- To promote Health & wellness and Home Healthcare services to corporates PSU, Govt. companies and Institutions by meeting HR Heads, CFO, Medical Officers and Safety Departments etc.
- Identify and tie up with Insurers, Brokers, TPAs, aggregators for Corporate Wellness programs that include Preventive Health services, Annual Health Packages, Pre-Employment packages, industrial hazardous medical tests etc.
- Initiate ing the tenders, submission, attending meetings with PSU heads, Govt. heads etc.
- Employee Health awareness activities like Health talks, Seminars, Workshops etc and complete employee health solutions.
- Organize large scale camps within corporate for health check ups
- To ensure timely bills submission and payment receivables.
- Execution of all marketing and PR activities. Develop and execute communication
- Collaborate with the delivery teams to manage and enhance the client relationship during project execution. Provide exceptional customer service experience
- Ensure detailed sales reporting, analysis and customer profiling leading to accurate and effective sales management
- Responsible to complete full cycle of client absorption into the system (i.e. Enrollment, Payment follow ups and Collection).
- Provide value-added solution to clients through consultative sales approach
- Responsible for handling customer queries and grievances, Develop rapport with the corporate retain existing clients, explore with new clients.
- Identifying potential customers, insurers & TPAs, qualifying opportunities, make a pitch, close business and maintain ongoing relationships in the assigned territory I
Qualification & Skills:
- Minimum experience of 3+ years in corporate sales
- MBA/MHA/BAMS/BHMS/BDS etc.
- Preferably from Diagnostic Labs/Health Insurance/Insurance Broking/Healthcare industry
Skills
- Strong Presentation and Communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
