We have recently launched our brand called OneCare with an idea to disrupt the chronic care management industry.

Responsibilities

- Looking for a passionate sales professionals who is willing to make a significant impact, drive sales and revenue numbers for the company

- Is comfortable to work in a clinic environment.

- Understands patient profile & problems to explain the benefits of our services.

- Advises patients about our services through structured discussions.

- Can use ERM platforms to book the appointments, get all the relevant customer information, make notes on the laptop etc.

- Learn and establish workplace (doctor clinics) guidelines and best practices

- Is able to handhold the patients through their buying journey

- Is able to order medicines and diagnostic services to patients via app/Whatsapp

- Work amicably with doctors, dieticians, hospital staff etc.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (is well versed in local language, Hindi and English)

- Experience: 2+ years managing direct B2C sales in the medical sector (clinics etc.)
