Health and Glow - Executive - Customer Support (1-3 yrs)
- A professional approach in answering calls, emails and provides information about products and services, taking input of issues and their redressal thereof.
- Maintaining records of transactions and interactions.
- Appropriate and timely follow-ups wherever required.
- Escalate unresolved queries to respective departments for accurate redressal
- Handle inbound & outbound calls related to online & offline business.
- Handle post/prior order related escalations over email/call.
- Coordinate with the logistic partner on the transit shipments until delivery.
- Initiating refunds for returns & cancellations.
- End to end follow up on all the online orders.
- Achieve a good NPS score related to Customer Service.
- Understand & act on the feedback shared by the customers.
- Excellent communication skills
- Good listening and problem solving skills
- Ability to take and handle stress and pressure
- Good interpersonal skills
- Should be able to multitask
