Health Advisor - Sales (0-5 yrs)
The Health Advisor would patiently listen to customer Health Issue and effectively attempt to counsel, guide and suggest the right Health Service Provider. This person builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and sells package deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Job Description:
- Address to incoming customer queries effectively
- Counsel and sell the existing services
- Ensure follow ups with service providers to fix booked appointments and convey the same to the customer.
- Ability to cross-sell/upsell a client
- Ensure customer grievance is addressed by the BD and connect on the same with the client.
