HealStop - Senior Analyst - PPC/SEM/Paid Search (3-6 yrs)
Job Description:
Should be able to do the following:
- Account Set up - Competitive analysis - Bid Management - Keyword research and Selection - Text ads creation - Google ad extensions - Conversion Optimization - Landing Page optimization.
- Must be comfortable to work on Google Search, Google Display, Google Remarketing, Double Click, YouTube, Bing and Yahoo, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Omniture, Semrush
- Build and setup the complete Campaign plan (Ad Group, Keyword, Ads, Ad Extensions)
- building the Quora ads campaign plan from the scratch
- Get the data and conduct a cannibalization analysis for Affiliates vs Google Display Network.
- Get data for converting Google Search Query of last month and work on adding that as keyword .
- Get data of all Ad Groups in Bing, having only Standard Text Ads (STA) and no Expanded Text Ads (ETA), using SQL query and work towards a migration plan from STA to ETA.
- Find data of all the ads which have specified problem phrases in their ad copy using SQL, come up with new ad copy and upload in account
- Work on search campaign optimization using smart bidding strategies and LTV bidding
- Assist with conversion optimization strategy by writing ad copy, A/B testing, to maximize ROAS, margins and quality score across engines
- Build expertise in organising data for analysis using Excel & PowerPoint (Performance Analysis, Client Dashboards, Monthly Plans etc.)
- Provide detailed monthly and quarterly results overviews.
Skills required:
- Proficiency in Excel (You know VLOOKUPs and SUMIFs at the back of your hand).
- Hands-on experience in statistical techniques, SQL, Unix, Google Ads is a strong plus.
- Analytical bent of mind and being data-driven.
-Very high numerical and copy-writing skills.
- Draw inferences from data and test hypothesis using statistical techniques.
-Strong written & verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - should excel with minimal supervision.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Provide detailed monthly and quarterly results overviews.
