Healofy - Manager - Social Media (3-6 yrs)
Social Media Manager :
We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can enhance Healofy's brand and build strong online communities through our various social media platforms. This role of this person will be to market & drive sales for Healofy D2C product ranges through social media platform like instagram, facebook & youtube. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and administering social media content that is designed to engage users and create an interactive relationship between users and the company. The successful candidate will also be required to collect and review social media data to develop more effective campaigns for brand positioning & marketing, D2C product positioning & marketing
Responsibilities :
As a Social Media Manager, you'll need to:
- Plan & execute campaign for Healofy Brand & Product Marketing
- Scale healofy instagram & youtube channel to market content of all Healofy D2C products & Healofy brand USPs
- PR related activities & posts on LinkedIn & twitter to market Healofy's culture & impact Healofy has created amongst Indian Mothers
- Perform user research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences for brand & products
- Design and implement social media strategy to grow revenue from instagram & youtube pages of Healofy
- Set specific objectives and report on ROI
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, customer reviews about their experience with Healofy Brand)
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, monitor customer reviews & conver user queries into orders
- Oversee social media accounts- design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
- Monitor, track, analyse and report on emerging social media trends using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights that will be submitted to the management and executive teams
- Analyse competitor activity
