What You Will Accomplish:
- Work with the core team to acquire mothers for the Healofy app from all digital channels where Healofy's TG is present
- Exponentially scale Healofy community (DAU's) & revenue through marketing
- This leadership role would be crucial in creating and running the Product Marketing & Community Building strategy, playbook and process for launching products and maximizing user-value and adoption of our product launches, scaling Healofy community across all major Indian languages
This should describe you:
- Responsible for the vision, strategy, and execution of acquisition campaigns across all the digital platforms like Facebook, Google, affiliates, etc.
- Strategy, planning & work closely with marketing team for execution of marketing campaigns to grow Healofy community
- Work closely with demand team to understand Healofy brand & grow D2C's orders through paid marketing maintaining positive ROI
- Budget planning & ensuring the budget is wisely allocated across different marketing channels to achieve maximum ROI
- Forecast monthly, quarterly, annual acquisition numbers and costs.
- Execute full-funnel digital marketing campaigns including strategy, ad creation, bidding, budgeting, optimization, and reporting
- Identify and lead implementation and guide relationships with affiliates and partners that can improve digital performance.
- Partner with the creative team and brand marketing to drive ROI through rigorous and systematic creative and narrative testing, focused on optimization and testing new approaches
- Lead, mentor, and build the performance marketing team
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience with Graduation from Tier1/2 college or Post graduation from Tier 1 B school
- Top of the line digital marketing leader with relevant performance marketing experience in scaling up digital companies ( E-Commerce / Community Startups )
- Ability to lead a team and work with diverse, matrixed stakeholders
- Experience and ability to manage scale (strong knowledge of organized players (Facebook/Google etc) and Affiliate platforms as well as experience to build fresh Acquisition sources by challenging the status quo and envisaging a spectrum of possibilities beyond plain vanilla optimization towards automation.
Note: Bangalore based office job ( HSR Layout ) 6days a week
