Heallo Online Health - Customer Support Specialist (2-5 yrs)
- We are startup solving skin-care for users in India.
- You will be working directly with customers and interacting with them on a Semi voice medium like calls, chat or email. The workload would be 70-75% calls and 25-30% chats or email. You will be responsible to drive customer satisfaction. You will have to provide timely and satisfactory responses related to queries in skin-care under the training & guidance of dermatologists.
- This is a shift based job. And you will have to work in either in a morning or an evening shift.
- Female candidates preferred.
What we are looking for :
- At least 2 years of experience in a consumer-facing role like customer service or relationship management.
- Exceptional verbal and written English skills
- Fluency in Hindi and any other south Indian language.
- Patience, empathy and great listening skills
- Customer friendly and positive attitude
- Extreme attention to detail.
- Passion to get things done quickly and thoroughly.
- Experience in chat and call support is valid
- Male Candidates Do Not Apply
- Candidate should know one other language than Hindi and English
