It has an immediate opening for an admissions coordinator for its office near Marol Metro station in Andheri Kurla Road. As an admissions coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Tele-counseling: Understanding each student's background and goal and explaining the admission process for the program. This will involve responding to and/or making outbound calls to potential students
- Being the first point of contact for walk-ins and helping them understand the program
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings of leads with instructor(s)
Mandatory Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills and good knowledge of Hindi
- A positive attitude and approach, patience, and ability to work well with others.
- A graduate degree
Optional Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role
Location - Andheri Kurla Road, Andheri East (less than 5-minutes walking distance from Metro station)
Remuneration: 20,000 per month fixed plus monthly variable pay based on number of lead walkins and conversions. Compensation will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
