HEADRUSH Ventures - Senior Executive - Customer Service - International Process (3-10 yrs)
- Headrush requires a Senior Executive - Customer Service for our International E-commerce division.
- We run e-commerce sites across multiple categories, in the United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, Canada, Singapore - with more Global sites coming up every month.
Candidate Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient resolution of International customer queries
- Manage escalations - via phone or email as per the requirement
- Chargeback management - ensure customer queries are adequately resolved to keep chargeback rates at a minimum
- Ensure customers are motivated to leave positive feedback
- Excellent verbal and written English skills are a must
- Candidates with prior experience working in an International Customer Service Process will be given much higher preference.
